What is Transformational Yoga?

Transformative Yoga is a uniquely tailored, private, and confidential Yoga experience created to meet the individual needs and goals of each client so that they can experience meaningful and measurable changes in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, enabling them to thrive from place of increasing wholeness.


Transformational Yoga sessions weave together ancient wisdom and modern science so that clients can benefit from the integration of a variety of Yoga styles, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, as well as Health and Wellness Coaching, Cognitive Behavorial Therapy education, Spiritual Direction, and more in order to create a 360-degree approach to healing and holistic wellness.

In addtion to being a YACEP Expert Level Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor with over 1400 hours of group and private Yoga teaching experience, Rev. Lenora Rousseau is a seasoned pastor and Chaplain, Certified Spiritual Director, Certified Cognitive Behavorial Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Recovery Coach, and Certified Breath Coach.

Lenora works with her clients to co-create a Transformational Yoga experience that empowers clients to:

  • cultivate greater the mindfulness and self-awareness,

  • nuture body, mind, spirit connection,

  • compassionately identify and dismantle unhealthy patterns of thought or behavior,

  • progress in their Yoga practice and/or support other athletic activities,

  • reduce stress and heal from trauma;

  • manage pain;

  • improve sleep;

  • foster healthy relationships,

  • manage health and wellness factors,

  • overcome road blocks and gracefully handle challenges that arise,

  • embody their fullest potential as a human being,

  • and maintain progress and adapt to significant life changes.


How the Journey Unfolds

Transformational Yoga sessions are typically 60 - 90 minutes.


All session are currently held online via Zoom.


The journey begins with a Complimentary 60 Minute Discovery Session to understand your goals, experience with Yoga and meditation, current health or wellness challenges (if any) that may require modifications, and to set a general rhythm for how each session will flow over a series of 12 to 24 weeks.


From there, we create a personalized program designed uniquely for you that meets you where you are while progressively moving forward towards your goals. Each session will typically include some or all of the following components, based on your desires, preferences, goals, and needs:

  • Check In

  • Fully Guided Yoga and/or Meditation Practice

  • Reflective Discussion and Guidance

  • Q and A

  • Goal Setting and Follow Up (as needed)

  • Confirmation for Next Session's Agenda


Check points are established at the 12 or 24 Week marks in order to access overall progress to the goals that were established at the start of the journey, idenfity what has shifted or changed, and establish the nature of where the journey will go from that point.

Scheduling and Fee Structure

All rates are offered on a sliding scale so that Transformational Yoga can fit into any budget.

Standard Pre-Paid Bundled Rates:

Weekly 60 Min. Sessions $249.99/mo.

Weekly 90 Min. Sessions. $399.99/mo.


Bi-Weekly 60 Min. Sessions $134.99/mo.

Bi-Weekly 90 Min. Sessions $199.99 mo.


Tailor-made packages can also be created around client's goals, budge, and session rhythm.
