What is Transformational Yoga?

Transformational Yoga sessions are uniquely tailored, private, and confidential experiences created to meet the individual needs and goals of each client so that they can experience meaningful and measurable changes in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, enabling them to thrive from a place of increasing wholeness.
Transformational Yoga weaves together the ancient wisdom of traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Ashtanga Yoga styles with evidence-based approaches to sequencing, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and somatic healing to facilitate measurable growth and change.

The benefits of Transformational Yoga can be experienced as a stand alone wellness initiative or incorporated into a 360-degree approach to wellness, Transformational Yoga as a catalyst for break-throughs in the body, mind, and soul that are both tangible and sustainable.

In addition to being a YACEP Educator and Master Level Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor with over 2500 hours of group and private Yoga teaching experience, Lenora Rousseau is also seasoned Chaplain, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Spiritual Director, Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Recovery Coach.

Lenora works with her clients to co-create a Transformational Yoga experience that empowers clients to:

* and maintain progress and adapt to significant life changes.

How the Journey Unfolds
​
TTransformational Yoga sessions are approximately 75 minutes held 1-3 times per week. All sessions are currently held remotely via Zoom.
The journey begins with a Complimentary Introductory Consultation Session (60 Minutes) to understand your goals, experience with Yoga and meditation, current health or wellness challenges (if any) that may require modifications, and to set a general rhythm for how sessions will flow and progress over a series of 12 to 24 weeks.​ From there, Lenora will create a personalized program designed uniquely for you that meets you where you are while progressively moving forward towards your goals. Each session will typically include some or all of the following components, based on your desires, preferences, goals, and needs:
*Check In
*Fully Guided Transformational Yoga Practice
*Reflective Discussion and Guidance
*Goal Setting and Follow Up (as needed)
*Confirmation for Next Session's Agenda
Check points are established at the 12 or 24 Week marks in order to assess overall progress to the goals that were established at the start of the journey, identify what has shifted or changed, and establish the nature of where the journey will go from that point.

Scheduling and Fee Structure

All services are offered on a cash basis. We do not take insurance. All rates are offered on a sliding scale basis so that Transformational Yoga can fit most budgets. Below you will find information on our standard pricing which can be tailored to fairly match your financial means.

Standard 75 Rate: $50.00 per session
​
Standard Monthly Bundle Rate:
Once a Week (Up to 4 times/month) - $180.00 per session (10% discount)
Twice a Week (Up to 8 times/month) - $340.00 per session (15% discount)
Three Times a Week (Up to 12 times/month) - $480.00 (20% discount)

Standard Pre-Paid 12 Session Bundle Rate:
Once a Week (up to 12 times/quarter) - $480.00 per session (20% discount)
Twice a Week (Up to 24 times/quarter) - $900.00 per session (25% discount)
Three Times a Week (Up to 36 times/quarter) - $1260.00 (30% discount)

A note about scheduling: Pre-paid fees reserve a specific time slot within our weekly calendar. Should you need to cancel a weekly session, we will do our best to offer an alternative date and time within 30 days, however, we do not guarantee make-up sessions will match your availablity or our capacity. If you cancel a session within less than 2 hours notice or no-show, we do not offer an make-up option. If an unexpected emergency arises on our end and/or we unable to fulfill your regularly scheduled session for any reason, we will offer you the option to schedule a make up session within 30 days or refund your session fee within 10 days business days.
