What is Behavioral Health and Wellness Coaching?

According to the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC), health and wellness coaching is the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical interventions and strategies to actively and safely engage client/patients in health behavior change.

All rates are offered on a sliding scale so that Health and Wellness Coaching can fit into any budget.

Weekly 30 Minute Sessions $139.99/mo.

Weekly 60 Minute Sessions $249.99/mo.

Bi-Weekly 30 Minute Sessions $72.99/mo.

Bi-Weekly 60 Minute Sessions $134.99/mo.

Tailor-made packages can also be created around client's goals, budge, and session rhythm.
