This online retreat includes daily reflections and affirmations tied to universal spiritual themes drawn from in the Hanukkah and Christmas narratives and beyond, daily stress-recovery Yoga and Meditation offerings, delicious and nutritious recipes to try each week, and more - all accessible through the BYou/YogaWell web-based APP.
