Our unique approach to wellbeing weaves together stress-recovery Yoga, modern applied psychology, holistic health principals, and spiritually universal themes so that our clients can experience renewal from inside outward that enables them to live with greater authenticity, intentionally, resiliency, and joy.
YogaWell offer online classes, challenges, retreats, workshops, and mini-series that can be effectively used on their own or bundled with 1:1 Private Coaching or Spiritual Direction and/or Group Check-Ins/Coaching sessions for even greater impact.

When it comes to Yoga, offer a wide range of Yoga practices for ALL levels including Hatha, Yin, Chair, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Conditioning, ranging in time from 10-60 minutes and taught by 200/500 Hr. RYT trauma-informed Yoga Instructors.
Whether you are brand new to Yoga or an experienced Yogi, we have offerings to fit your physical abilities, experience level, and goals.
