We make a commitment to show up for you, and we will be encouraging you to make a commitment to show up for yourself.
Knowing that life can sometimes be unpredictable, we allow our clients to reschedule up to 12 hours prior their scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling within less than 12 hours may result in a $25 charge deducted from bundled plans. No-shows will be charged the full fee for the time allotted and/or have the session deducted from bundled plans. We will wait up to fifteen minutes for you to log into the virtual wellness center or reach out by phone/email before counting the session as a 'no-show.'
If there are technology issues, please email the person you are scheduled to meet with immediately. We will work to resolve those issues with you to the best of our ability in the moment, as we are able. If the nature of the issue is due to a technology problem on our end, we will reschedule at no-charge so that you are able to get the full benefit of your session.
