✅  Nine different 10-60 minute beginner to intermediate level trauma-informed Yoga classes to choose from each week (including: Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Conditioning) designed to develop greater strength, balance, and flexibility WHILE activating the parasympathetic nervous system, restoring  hormonal balance, and re-establishing functional body/mind awareness. 


✅ Daily uplifting reflections and affirmations that will increase your awareness of God's goodness that is at work within you and around you.  


✅ Weekly CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) tips, tools, and prompts to help you go deeper in your healing journey. In just 20-30 minutes a week, you will gain a better understanding of how modern psychological advances can be practically applied to your daily life to help you develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to more effectively manage PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Who is it for?

The program is specifically designed to help those who have been suffering from acute stress and trauma related anxiety and depression over the past several months, AND for those who are wanting to 'reset' their daily rhythm to support healthier ways of living and being. It’s best suited for those who are serious about wanting to thrive in every area of their life - body, mind, and soul.


What if I have physical limitations? 

If this is your concern - you are not alone! Most of our registrants have shared at least one physical limitation with us such as past injuries, tendonitis or arthritis in the wrists, hips, or knees, visual impairment, and more. Here's what you need to know: our offerings will be designed to meet the needs of our Founding Members and include instruction for modifications. Beginners as well as experienced Yogis are welcome! If you need additional support along the way, we are just a text message or phone call away. We are committed to helping you Find YOUR Flow, so don't let physical limitations or a lack of Yoga experience keep you from benefiting from this program! 


Do I need a lot of equipment?

No. You won’t need anything but a small open space where you can freely extend your arms and legs and a Yoga/workout mat. The BONUS Yoga Accessory Prop Set will be all you need to help you get the most out of your practice and fully engage in the Yoga Conditioning workouts. Other optional props you can consider might be a Yoga Wrist Wedge (if you have a lot of wrist issues), and a bolster and/or Yoga Blanket (to relieve other joint pain). These props are purely optional! You can get all that you need out of your practice with just your mat and the BONUS set we send you! And, we will guide you step by step along the way as to how and when to use those props effectively.


What if I get off track for a day or two? Will I be able to still get value out of this Challenge?

Absolutely! This Challenge is ALL about helping you Find YOUR Flow. If life keeps you from going deeper in your journey for a few days, you can always pick right back up where you left off - and just start moving forward there. As each week’s offering becomes available, you will be able to go back and make use of whatever resources you might have missed (or revisit something you found particularly meaningful). You will set your own pace for the amount of time you dedicate to your recovery and healing.  We are here to help you find a flow for life that enables you to thrive! 


How much time will it take each day?

In as little as 10 - 15 minutes a day, you will see results! If you can't get to your mat, spending just 5 minutes in quiet daily reflection will still help to reset your mind, heart, and soul. To get the most of our program, we recommend completing a full Yoga practice (45-60 minutes) at least once a week. But, even that is optional. There is just one CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) lesson each week with tips, tools, and prompts that you can dive as deeply into as you see fit. In as little as 15 minutes, you can gain benefit from the information. And with a weekly investment 30 minutes, you will see even more results. In total, if you can dedicate 1.5-3 hours a week to your wellbeing - you will be well on your way to Finding Your Flow and thriving!
